Their goal is to unlock the mysteries of Babytalk and understand how this unique communication dissipates over time.

Meanwhile, Sylvester is taken in by Robin, who happens to be Whit’s adoptive mother and also Dr. Kinder’s niece.

As whispers of this mix-up ripple through the research community, Dr. Kinder sees a unique chance to perform a groundbreaking study on the twins. However, her plans are quickly thrown into disarray when she learns of Dan Bobbin’s mysterious gift of understanding baby language. After several hiccups trying to retrieve Sylvester, the team decides to move their research operation to Liechtenstein, leaving Whit as the sole ordinary infant remaining at the facility.

With the bizarre events unfolding at Bobbin’s home, an inexplicable force leads Lenny, the unsuspecting bus driver, to transport a group of mischievous babies to Dr. Kinder’s secretive lab. As chaos ensues, Sylvester showcases his ingenuity by commandeering the theme park robots, programming them to wreak havoc among the lab technicians and disrupting everything in sight. Meanwhile, the Bobbin family heads home blissfully unaware of the turmoil they’ve left behind, until Carrie, their biological daughter, informs her father of the commotion caused by the mischievous babies now residing with Dr. Kinder.

As the turmoil subsides at the research facility, Dr. Kinder secures Whit and takes him to the rooftop helicopter pad, sparking a frantic chase by Robin and Dan. In a stunning twist, Dr. Kinder reveals that she has no familial ties to Robin, who was adopted at just two years old.
