Alien: Romulus

In the final moments of Alien: Romulus, Rain and Andy are the last survivors aboard the Corbelon, having escaped the destruction of the Renaissance station just in time. Rain, determined to eradicate the Xenomorph threat, fights desperately to remove a deadly offspring that was secretly gestating within Kay, who had been exposed to the Z-01 compound. The film reveals that the compound had mutated Kay’s unborn child into a sinister, increasingly monstrous Xenomorph hatchling, which rapidly grew inside her before she was killed.
