In the final episode the power balance that Prodigy and Weyland‑Yutani have been fighting over finally collapses. Boy Kavalier’s reckless drive to harness the alien hybrids—dubbed the Lost Boys—has alienated even his own creations, and the corporation’s hubris lands it in a literal cell. After Wendy and Nibs’ violent breakout, the prisoners—Wendy, her brother Joe, the synthetic Kirsh, and the Weyland‑Yutani operative Morrow—are all re‑locked, while Boy Kavalier plots his next move, intending to use Joe as the new host for the mysterious Ocellus.

The showdown between Kirsh and Morrow erupts in a brutal brawl that ends in a stalemate; Kirsh’s synthetic body is left with a broken spine, but the series‑creator makes clear the injury is reversible, promising his return in the next season. Meanwhile, the hybrids, growing wary of Kavalier’s plans, begin to assert their own agency. In a twist, Nibs, still reeling from her memory wipe, does not kill the scientist Dame Sylvia as anticipated—instead she locks her away, hinting that the Lost Boys may now be the ones in control.

The climax arrives when Kavalier finally confronts a real Xenomorph. Thanks to a trap set by Wendy and Joe, he survives the encounter, underscoring that his empire’s downfall is as much a product of his own overreach as of the alien menace he tried to weaponise. The episode closes with the hybrids occupying the abandoned Neverland ranch, while Weyland‑Yutani forces close in, setting the stage for a new conflict over the alien technology and the Ocellus. The ending therefore ties together Kavalier’s tragic backstory, the loss of corporate dominance, and the emergence of the Lost Boys as a wild new power that will shape the story to come.
