Thousands of years ago, a prophetic voice forewarned that the Sun's UV rays could destroy the Earth. Saints in India forged a sphere from powerful metals capable of absorbing the radiation. They entrusted this device to a Congolian tribe in Africa, with a strict warning to keep it safe at the equator during every solar eclipse.

The sphere, named Jua, is placed under the guardianship of the Congolian tribe with a rule: it must stay at the Earth's equator during all solar eclipses or catastrophe will follow. The tribe accepts this burden and passes it to future generations. The Earth's fate hinges on the eclipses that must be honored.

In the present day, a Russian don plots to seize Jua to cement world domination and enlists the help of an Indian don and their henchmen. Their plan targets the Congolian guardians who hold Jua. Meanwhile, Bodo, a young member of the tribe, seizes the sphere and escapes.

In Hyderabad, Akhil, a carefree street-smart orphan, earns his keep by fighting for coins and odd jobs. He meets Divya and immediately falls for her, impressing her with his skill during a rabbit heart-surgery scene aided by Divya's college principal, K. V. Rajendra Prasad. Their attraction signals a romance soon tangled with trouble.

Divya's engagement to Kishore seems set, but Akhil discovers Kishore loves another woman, upsetting Divya and angering her father, a local Don. The revelation triggers a rift and shakes the foundation of Divya's impending marriage. Divya withdraws, leaving Akhil with mixed guilt and resolve.

Disheartened, Divya heads to Europe to locate Kishore and end the engagement. Akhil learns of her departure and pursues her, determined to win her back and prove his love. The chase shifts from streets of Hyderabad to cities across Europe.

In Europe, Divya asks Akhil to pretend to be her lover to make Kishore jealous and rekindle his interest. Akhil agrees, hoping the staged romance will repair their bond and finally bring Divya back into his life. The ruse pulls them deeper into danger as real feelings surface.

Mambo, a thug of the Indian don, locates Bodo and shoots him during a chase, sending him crashing into Divya's apartment. Divya treats Bodo as a patient, blurring lines between ally and enemy. Akhil is injured in the pursuit, and Divya's father learns of Akhil's true feelings for Divya.

Akhil decides to rescue Divya and learns of Mambo's hold on her; he travels to Africa with Kishore to confront the danger. They set course for Congolia, preparing for a perilous confrontation with Mambo's men and the tribe guarding Jua.

At the airport, a church father asks Akhil to hold his Bible, cross, and white coat while he uses the restroom; a cab driver, Johnson, mistakes him for the Priest and drives him toward Congolia, unaware of the real mission. The detour places Akhil closer to Jua and the danger surrounding it. The team edges nearer Mambo's lair.

Akhil and his allies infiltrate Mambo's fortress, fighting his men and rescuing Divya's captured father. Divya, meanwhile, misleads Mambo about the Jua's location, buying the group time to regroup for a final assault. The rescue deepens the bond among the protagonists.

The group escapes into a forest where Akhil battles a tiger to protect Divya, a moment that solidifies Divya's forgiveness. Divya's father looks on with approval as Akhil proves his courage and devotion. The trio presses on toward Jua's location.

Akhil learns from the tribe's guardians that Jua's location is linked to a river where Bodo dropped it during the escape, guarded by dangerous fish and piranhas. The revelation reframes their plan to retrieve the sphere. The team prepares for a perilous river crossing.

Akhil fights through the river dangers and retrieves Jua from the riverbed. He confronts Mambo and defeats him, while the Russian don escapes with Jua in a helicopter, triggering a high-stakes chase across the skies. Akhil's resolve remains unbroken as the mission continues.

Akhil leaps onto the helicopter, defeats the Russian don, and recovers Jua. The pilot crashes into a volcano; Akhil parachutes out with Jua, and the tribal head places the sphere back at the equator, saving the world. Divya and Akhil finally unite, their love sealed by the Earth's protection.
