Ace

In the climax Kannan – still posing as “Bolt” – confronts the two forces that threaten his new life: Dharma, the ruthless loan‑shark, and Rajadurai, the corrupt cop who also happens to be Rukku’s abusive stepfather. With Rukku’s help, Kannan orchestrates a tangled trap. Arivu calls his cousin to retrieve Kannan’s stolen passport, drawing Dharma and his goons to Rajadurai’s house. At the same time Rukku reports Rajadurai for domestic abuse, ensuring that the police will arrive. Kalpana, meanwhile, distracts Rajadurai at his favourite bar, buying the team precious minutes.

When Dharma bursts in, the lights flicker and Kannan seizes the moment, holding the gangster at gunpoint. He offers his henchmen a share of the loot; a few take the money and flee, but the rest stay to fight. After a brief brawl, Kannan turns the gun on Dharma and his right‑hand man, killing them both. Rajadurai returns to find the corpses and the stolen cash scattered in his home. In a brutal reversal, Kannan beats him with the very walking stick the cop had used to intimidate Rukku, then stages a fake gunshot by playing a pre‑recorded sound on Rukku’s phone‑connected speaker. The startled Rajadurai shoots wildly, drawing the arriving police who fatally gun him down.

With the two antagonists eliminated, the surviving trio – Kannan, Arivu and Kalpana – regroup with Rukku. The stolen money, now converted into a lottery prize, is safely in their hands, and Kalpana’s debt is cleared. The film ends with the four of them sailing away on a luxury yacht, the ocean sunrise hinting at a fresh start. As they glide over the water, Rukku finally asks Kannan about his true identity; he learns that the “Bolt Kannan” story was a lie his own brother never sent, because his passport was stolen. The movie leaves his real name a mystery, but the final scene cements him as the ace of his own story, free from the shadows of his past.
