A Fistful of Fingers

Two bandits ambush and kill a man, stripping him of his belongings. No-Name arrives and kills the pair after a brief, tense conversation. This opening establishes No-Name's ruthless, solitary code and sets the tone for his quest.

On the road to Deadwood, No-Name spots a bounty poster for The Squint and tracks him into the surrounding woods. A prolonged gunfight ensues, but The Squint tricks No-Name's horse Easy into running off a cliff to its death. The Squint escapes, leaving No-Name to deal with the aftermath.

No-Name buries Easy and returns to Deadwood to interrogate the townsfolk for The Squint's whereabouts. He pressures residents with ruthless efficiency and patience until he learns a probable location. The information sets him on The Squint's trail again.

On The Squint's path, No-Name has a strange encounter with a man whose face is covered by a red bandana. Soon after, Chin Chakanawa joins No-Name on the quest and the pair continue together. The dynamic duo prepares to track The Squint toward his hideout.

Another native man blocks their path, and they attempt to pass by disguising themselves as nuns, but the ploy fails and the native man beats them. Two passing hicks mistake the disguised pair for genuine nuns in danger and kill the native man. No-Name then murders the two Hicks, and among their bodies he finds an invitation to a meet-up of outlaws.

The duo rests for the night. No-Name teaches Chin how to shoot, deepening their bond. Chin reveals his name means 'Running Sore,' and No-Name finally reveals that his name is Walter.

The following morning, Jimmy James joins No-Name and Chin on their quest. The trio soon locates The Squint and a gang of outlaws digging for treasure.

No-Name knocks out a guard and disguises himself to approach The Squint, but the ruse fails and No-Name runs off with The Squint and the outlaws in hot pursuit. The chase intensifies as the group heads deeper into the dig site.

Chin creates a distraction, leaving only one outlaw guard to pursue No-Name. No-Name fails to get Jimmy's attention, so Chin circles back and kills the guard.

The duo picks off the remaining outlaws one by one, narrowing the field to The Squint. Chin tells No-Name that he must face The Squint alone in the final showdown.

No-Name and The Squint face off; they trade blows and settle old grievances, debating how Westerns should end. The duel escalates into a brutal fight, and No-Name appears to shoot The Squint to death only for him to rise once more.

Chin arrives and reveals that the red-bandana figure is the ghost of Sheriff Marshall. The ghost then reveals the treasure to the duo, which turns out to be gold as well as evidence that the late Sheriff was No-Name's father.

As they prepare to leave, No-Name discovers that Easy is alive, a surprising twist. Jeremy Beadle then reveals it was all a prank, and the heroes ride off into the sunset.
