On a windswept farm in Dreary, Idaho, Finley Tremaine is kept busy by her stepmother Valerian Tremaine, her stepbrother Kale Tremaine, and her stepsister Saffron Tremaine. They saddle her with all the chores, make her sleep in the cold barn, and label her as the family’s servant, while she quietly holds onto a big dream: to become an actress.
