1990: The Bronx Warriors

The film opens with the year 1990 and an intertitle that declares the Bronx officially No Man's Land and that authority has collapsed. Law and order have been replaced by gang rule, with the Riders controlling the territory by force. This setting establishes the brutal, lawless world the characters inhabit.

Ann is attacked by a roller-skating gang called the Zombies in the Bronx. She is saved by members of the Riders and taken under the protection of their leader, Trash. A bond begins to form as she finds a temporary sanctuary among them.

Trash becomes her protector and the pair quickly falls into a romantic, stormy relationship. Their bond deepens as they navigate the danger and competing gangs. The relationship also complicates the Riders' loyalty and decisions.

The Tigers ambush and kill Rider Chris, and the Ogre informs Trash that Chris was carrying a covert listening device. The gizmo connects to the Manhattan Corporation’s police frequency, giving them a way to locate Ann. This discovery ignites the conflict between the gangs and the corporation.

Manhattan Corporation hires Hammer, a ruthless mercenary, to retrieve Ann from the Bronx. He enters the Bronx, kills two Riders, and plants a golden ring in the Riders' headquarters to frame them. He escapes, escalating the blood feud between gangs.

Ann finds the golden ring from Hammer’s earlier deed and gives it to Trash, who realizes it belongs to the Tigers. Believing the Tigers orchestrated the attack, the Riders declare war, though Trash remains skeptical. The stage is set for a Bronx-wide confrontation.

The Zombies ambush and abduct Ann, forcing Trash to consider an alliance with the Ogre to rescue her. Most Riders oppose allying with a rival gang, complicating the rescue plan. The kidnapping pivots the plot toward a cross-gang coalition.

Ice, a Riders member, betrays the group by tipping Hammer off about Trash’s rescue plan. He then warns the Zombies’ leader Golem, signaling a wider betrayal in the Bronx's underworld. The trust within the Riders fractures further.

Trash reaches the Tigers' HQ and, after Hammer’s attempt to frame him for murder, convinces the Ogre that Hammer is the true killer and is manipulating the gangs. The Ogre agrees to join Trash in rescuing Ann. The unlikely alliance begins to form for a dangerous mission.

The Ogre, Witch, and Trash reach the Zombies’ HQ to stage a rescue. During the confrontation, the Ogre and Golem duel while Trash frees Ann from her chains. Ice attempts to flee, but Hot Dog stops him and is slain by Ice, escalating the chaos.

In the aftermath, Ice scorns Trash for being an unrealistic leader willing to risk everything for Ann. The two men fight and Ice is impaled and dies, sealing his brutal critique with his death. Trash’s leadership is put to the test by the brutal cost of their mission.

Ann celebrates her 18th birthday at the Tigers’ headquarters as the Manhattan private army invades. The massacre that follows ends with Ann being shot while protecting Trash. Trash kills Hammer and drags the corpse behind his motorcycle through the Bronx, signaling the collapse of any remaining mercy.
