Deven Yuvvraaj Singh is a struggling singer whose talent is overshadowed by poverty and carelessness. Dr. P. K. Banton dislikes him for not being wealthy and fears he won't provide a stable future. Dev's relationship with his family is strained after a quarrel with his older brother, leading to being disowned by his parents.

Dev learns of his father's death from a newspaper and signs an agreement to become a billionaire in 40 days. The bold vow sets him on a high-stakes path toward wealth that will test his loyalties. This quest brings him back into contact with his estranged brothers and the family fortune at stake.

Dev meets his estranged brothers, Gyanesh and Danny, after 12 years. He is stunned to learn that their father left everything to the mentally challenged Gyanesh. To secure the fortune, Danny and Dev briefly conspire to trick Gyanesh out of his inheritance.

Danny attempts to coerce Gyanesh into lying to lawyers but fails and ends up assaulting him. Dev intervenes, choosing to protect his brother and deciding to move the relationship into a new direction rather than continue the plot.

Deven takes the family to Austria to win Gyanesh's trust and keep the brothers together. There, Anushka notices Gyanesh's singing talent and grows fond of him, while Deven wrestles with his jealousy but begins to care for his brother.

Danny becomes penniless after being expelled from luxury clubs and losing his girlfriend. The three brothers momentarily set aside the money and reconnect, rekindling their familial bond instead of continuing the deception.

Their maternal uncle and his family hatch a scheme to poison Gyanesh to claim the fortune. They reveal a recording of Dev and Danny plotting to scam Gyanesh, fracturing the fragile trust between the brothers.

Gyanesh is handed an inhaler laced with poison, and when he uses it, he realizes something is terribly wrong and confronts his brothers. The danger forces the brothers to face the consequences of their actions.

Heartbroken but hopeful, Gyanesh performs on stage and is joined by Deven in a duet about forgiveness. The moment marks a turning point in their relationship, emphasizing reconciliation over riches.

During the performance, Gyanesh collapses and Dev rushes him to the hospital. Danny immediately calls the police to arrest the relatives who plotted to harm Gyanesh.

At the hospital, Dr. Banton refuses to help, accusing Dev of exploiting Gyanesh's survival for wealth and for Anushka. Dev pleads that saving his brother is about keeping the family intact, not about money.

Moved by Dev's heartfelt plea, Dr. Banton changes his mind and saves Gyanesh. He then relents enough to allow Dev to marry Anushka, recognizing Dev's growth into a family man.

With the crisis resolved, Dev is portrayed as a changed man who values family over wealth. Anushka and Dev prepare to marry, symbolizing forgiveness and reconciliation within the family.

The film closes with a celebratory dance scene featuring the entire cast and crew, offering a joyful conclusion to the emotional journey.
