Years ago, young Christopher Robin formed a close bond with a group of anthropomorphic creatures in the Hundred Acre Wood, including Owl, Rabbit, Eeyore, Piglet, and Winnie-the-Pooh. When Christopher leaves for college, he inadvertently abandons his friends in the Hundred Acre Wood. The absence of their human companion leads to dire consequences for the creatures, who struggle to survive without his care.

Facing starvation as winter approaches, the creatures descend into despair and make the shocking decision to kill Eeyore for survival. This grim act marks a turning point in their relationship with humanity, filling them with anger and sorrow.

After the tragic act of killing Eeyore, Pooh and his friends vow to forsake their nurturing ties with humans. They decide to return to their primal instincts, leading to a new, darker chapter in their existence.

Five years later, Christopher Robin returns to the Hundred Acre Wood with his wife, Mary. To his horror, he finds the place he once cherished now transformed into a desolate wasteland, reflecting the devastation that has occurred in his absence.

While exploring the woods, Christopher and Mary unexpectedly encounter Piglet, who brutally kills Mary by choking her. This shocking event marks the beginning of their nightmare, revealing the true horror that has taken root in their old playground.

Pooh and Piglet take Christopher deeper into the woods, revealing the skeletal remains of Eeyore. This gruesome discovery heightens Christopher's terror, as he realizes the extent of the creatures' descent into savagery.

A group of university students, including Maria, Jessica, Alice, Zoe, and Lara, arrive at a rental cabin in the Hundred Acre Wood. Unbeknownst to them, they are stepping into the heart of danger, as the horrors left by Christopher's friends linger nearby.

During their stay, Tina becomes lost in the woods and encounters Pooh, who tragically kills her in a brutal and horrifying manner. This horrific event serves as a grim reminder that the creatures are not the innocent beings Christopher once knew.

In a chilling treehouse, Pooh captures Christopher and reflects on their past together. However, this nostalgia quickly turns violent as Pooh tortures Christopher with Eeyore's tail, showcasing the extent of his transformation.

As night falls, Pooh and Piglet ambush Lara, leading to a horrific moment where they slowly drive a vehicle over her head. This brutal act of violence escalates the terror faced by the remaining university students.

Maria and Jessica, witnessing the tragedy unfold, attempt to rescue Alice from Pooh's lair. However, they find Christopher imprisoned and realize the full extent of the threat posed by Pooh and Piglet.

Charlene, another captive, seeks revenge against Piglet for a past assault but meets a tragic fate when Piglet brutally kills her. Her death underscores the relentless danger that surrounds the remaining students as they try to survive.

In a frantic bid for survival, Maria and Jessica flee into the woods, while Alice bravely confronts Piglet. Tragically, Alice's courage ends in her being fatally impaled by Pooh, showcasing the severity of the situation.

In a climactic moment, Christopher arrives in a desperate attempt to save Maria by colliding with Pooh in a car. However, as Pooh captures Maria and ultimately kills her, Christopher realizes the depth of his despair and the irreversible loss of his childhood friend.
