Uttama Villain

Twenty-five years ago, Manoranjan was compelled to marry Varalakshmi despite his relationship with Yamini. The arranged marriage strained his life and career, and his relationship with his son Manohar remained troubled. He later learns he has a daughter, Manonmani, from Yamini, who was raised by Yamini's husband Jacob Zachariah after Yamini's death.

Manoranjan is diagnosed with advanced brain cancer and has only a few months to live, a fact unknown to his family. He is treated by his family doctor Dr. Arpana, with whom he also has an extramarital affair. The diagnosis reframes his priorities and fuels his later choices.

Following the upheaval from his revelations, Manoranjan withdraws from Poornachandra Rao's project. He decides to act in his own film, produced by himself and directed by his mentor Margadarsi. This marks a deliberate shift from old rivalry-driven work to a personal, legacy-driven project.

Margadarsi finishes editing and screens the film in the hospital for Manoranjan's loved ones, who find solace in the story.
