The Inner Life of Martin Frost

After at last finishing his fourth novel, successful author Martin Frost retreats to the countryside home of his friends Jack and Diane. His intention is to embrace solitude and immerse himself in the creative process, adopting the mantra to 'live the life of a stone'.

Settled in a serene cottage surrounded by trees and filled with books, Martin explores the countryside, which sparks his creative inspiration. Determined to succeed, he vows not to leave until he has completed his new story using the old typewriter left by his friends.

One morning, Martin awakens to find Claire, the niece of his friends, asleep beside him. Startled by her presence, they both introduce themselves, and Claire expresses her admiration for his work, forming an unexpected connection.
