While a police officer takes Ricky and Bubbles away, Lahey, intoxicated on liquor and cocaine, knocks the officer unconscious and fights a handcuffed Ricky before being tasered.

Now in jail, Lahey reveals the taser reversed his stroke; he has given up cocaine and started a relationship with his cellmate. Bubbles returns to Sunnyvale with his parents' bus, and Julian begins a new romance. Ricky's operation becomes legal and profitable, while Randy returns to his old life. The story ends with a VHS tape proving Ray is alive in a Florida landfill, tied to a life insurance scam.
