Trailer Park Boys: Don’t Legalize It

The residents of Sunnyvale Trailer Park attend Ray's funeral, believing his death by propane explosion. Trailer park supervisor Lahey and his partner Randy crash the service despite being uninvited, only to be forced out when Lahey insists Ray is still alive.

Ricky has set up an upscale marijuana grow in a house in a subdivision. Lahey, recently recovering from a stroke and blaming Ricky, vows revenge as the threat of legalization looms over Ricky's business.

With Jacob Collins now serving in the Canadian Army, Julian develops a new scheme to sell drug-tested urine. Bubbles remains off-screen, living under J-Roc and Sarah's trailer after failing to find work.

J-Roc and Sarah plan an intervention and tell Bubbles to move out of their space. While packing, Bubbles is attacked by thugs delivering chicken, is hospitalized, and misses the next steps.

Julian warns Ricky that legalization could render his grow obsolete. Ricky refuses to work for Julian and vows to protest at Parliament Hill in Ottawa. After visiting Bubbles in the hospital, Julian asks him to work for him.

Bubbles agrees to join Julian's scheme after revealing through a lawyer letter that his deceased parents left land and a house in Kingston. Julian promises to take him to the place after the job is finished, and Bubbles even contemplates settling at his parents' land.

Jacob reveals he has been dishonorably discharged from the Army. Phil rages at Julian, Bubbles, and Tyrone, who had recently escaped a halfway house. The trio steals Phil's food truck, The Dirty Burger, and heads toward the urine deal, with Julian allowing Bubbles to drive a separate van.

Bubbles offers Ricky a ride to Ottawa after Ricky's car's transmission fails, and they continue toward the urine deal with Julian.

Lahey and Randy secretly follow the group intending to plant cocaine and frame them. Lahey tries cocaine during the drive and quickly becomes addicted, worrying Randy.

As Bubbles and Ricky drive, they pass the burned-down Dirty Burger and watch Tyrone get arrested. They pick up Julian before the police can catch him, moving toward Montreal for the deal.

Kingston area: It is revealed that Bubbles's parents' home is a rundown bus parked by a lake. Bubbles contemplates living there, but ultimately decides to rejoin the group.

In Montreal, Bubbles and Ricky go to a strip club while Julian waits for his customers. Cyrus and his accomplices rob Julian; Randy calls the bomb squad, and cocaine is discovered in the wheel well. Julian is arrested, and Bubbles and Ricky manage to escape.

Finding Lahey and Randy, Bubbles steals their car and drives Ricky to Ottawa. The pair push ahead with the plan, hoping to salvage their operation.

At Parliament Hill in Ottawa, Ricky sneaks into the building and makes an outrageous speech before security pulls him out. A lawyer offers to help get him out of jail quickly and obtain a marijuana license. While a police officer takes Ricky and Bubbles away, Lahey, intoxicated on liquor and cocaine, knocks the officer unconscious and fights a handcuffed Ricky before being tasered.

Now in jail, Lahey reveals the taser reversed his stroke; he has given up cocaine and started a relationship with his cellmate. Bubbles returns to Sunnyvale with his parents' bus, and Julian begins a new romance. Ricky's operation becomes legal and profitable, while Randy returns to his old life. The story ends with a VHS tape proving Ray is alive in a Florida landfill, tied to a life insurance scam.
