In Rome, restaurateur Chen Ching-hua faces danger as a malevolent crime boss tries to take over her family's beloved restaurant. Her refusal to submit triggers a campaign of intimidation with thugs disrupting her business and scaring away patrons, leaving her desperate for a solution.

In her moment of need, Chen turns to her uncle in Hong Kong for help. Unexpectedly, she is met by Tang Lung, a spirited young martial artist who brings a breath of fresh air to the dire situation, though he struggles to adapt to the Italian landscape.

As Tang begins to acclimate to his new surroundings, he discovers that the restaurant staff has taken up karate training. This sparks tension with Quen, a kung fu enthusiast, leading to discussions about the merits of different martial arts styles.

Just as things seem to improve, the crime boss's henchmen return, unleashing chaos on the restaurant. Caught off guard while in the bathroom, Tang's colleagues face the attackers alone, leading to a disastrous skirmish that challenges team morale.

Tang returns to find Chen has mysteriously disappeared, prompting him to suspect Ho's involvement. With urgency, he mobilizes the restaurant staff, preparing them for an all-out assault to rescue her and reclaim their dignity.

Tang confronts the crime boss, warning him to leave the restaurant unscathed. Just as they celebrate a hard-fought victory, a telegram summons Tang back to Hong Kong, but he remains resolute about protecting his newfound allies.

In a cunning move, Ho recruits two skilled martial artists for an attack on Tang’s staff, disguised as a peace meeting. The ensuing battle at the restaurant tests their unity, as Tang and his team must fend off the unexpected violence.

In a shocking twist, Uncle Wang betrays the remaining staff and aligns with the crime boss. Just as destruction seems inevitable, Tang intervenes at the last moment, allowing his comrades to strike back against Uncle Wang.
