The Rider arrives on his advanced motorcycle, guided by its artificial intelligence Einstein, and a crash sends him careening through a wall of illusion. He is found and cared for by the Enlightened Elders, who entrust him with leading their fight against the Omega regime, an Orwellian state ruled by the tyrant Prossor. The Elders are allied with the resistance known as the Outsiders, and the stage is set for a clash between oppression and rebellion.
Initially, Nastasia and the Outsiders gain a crucial ally when the Rider helps by rescuing McWayne, Nastasia’s father and leader of the Outsiders. The escape solidifies the Rider’s place among the Marginals, and the circle of allies widens as the rebellion begins to take shape.
But the prison walls close in again as Nastasia is captured and brainwashed by Prossor, a blow that tests the resolve of the Rider and the freedom fighters. The struggle intensifies as the Rider seeks to unite diverse groups—Amazons, martial artists, truckers, punks, soldiers, and Omega defectors—into a cohesive resistance.
To prove his worth and win their trust, the Rider enters a ritual brawl that determines who is the strongest among the Marginals and their allies. Victory in this brutal test earns him a hard-won acceptance and a new sense of legitimacy, fueling the momentum of the rebellion against the Omega regime.
With this support, the Rider and the Outsiders launch their final assault on Prossor’s regime. They meet stiff resistance from Omega forces and a giant armored truck known as Megaweapon, which looms as a formidable obstacle in the open streets. The rebels press their advantage, destroying Omega patrols with an array of vehicles—cars, helicopters, and tankers—while the Rider works to neutralize Megaweapon by short-circuiting it. The price is steep: his speedcycle is crushed beneath the truck’s wheels, yet the mission presses on.
The climactic push takes the Rider and McWayne into Prossor’s headquarters, where they confront the brainwashed Nastasia. She wounds the Rider, but when ordered to kill her father, she makes a defiant choice and turns on Prossor, shooting him and dealing a decisive blow to his regime. Omega is overturned, and the Outsiders and Marginals celebrate a hard-won victory as the Rider tends to his battered speedcycle and prepares to move forward.
In a final twist, it’s revealed that the man Nastasia shot was a cyborg clone, and the real Prossor remains at large. He escapes with an unnamed traitor of the New Way, a move that signals revenge may not be over. The pursuit of justice continues as the Rebel alliance takes stock of its gains and looks to the future, leaving the door open for new confrontations and renewed hope.
