As they scramble to revive their broken-down car, desperation leads them to seek refuge in a nearby house, completely unaware that the inhabitants have become victims of a sinister, otherworldly force.
Their frantic search for help spirals into chaos when a horde of bats descends on them, instilling a profound sense of dread. The situation worsens with the appearance of a well-meaning police officer, who quickly becomes another casualty of this avian menace.
