The story centers on GP 506, a remote military outpost located in the Korean DMZ. The facility is a cramped, utilitarian complex with a reactor-like generator room, an armory, barracks, and a recreation room stained by fear and blood. As a deadly outbreak erupts, the post becomes a pressure-cooker where rumors, paranoia, and orders clash under the weight of an unseen force.
