Shelly, a gifted musician, receives a shocking video message from her friend Zadie that exposes the true identity of Vincent Roeg, a crime lord hiding in plain sight as a musical figure. This dangerous knowledge puts her at great risk but she decides to keep the video despite the threat it poses to her life.

Fully aware of the danger that comes with possessing the incriminating video, Shelly attempts to go into hiding from Roeg and his men. However, her attempt is thwarted when she is arrested for drug possession, escalating her precarious situation.

Zadie is captured by Roeg, who reveals the dark deal he made that grants him immortality at the expense of innocent lives. Under Roeg's sinister influence, Zadie is forced to take her own life, demonstrating the ruthless lengths to which Roeg will go.

Shelly arrives at the same rehabilitation center where Eric is staying, and they quickly form a deep bond over their shared struggles. Their connection serves as a source of hope amidst the chaos surrounding them.

The situation intensifies when Marian, Roeg's fierce right-hand woman, reappears at the rehab facility. Fearing for their safety, Shelly begs Eric to help her escape, highlighting the urgency of their desperate circumstances.

Eric and Shelly find refuge in an abandoned house belonging to one of Shelly’s friends. While there, they fall deeper in love and dream of a future free from their painful pasts, unaware of the impending danger that awaits them.

Their brief respite is shattered when Roeg's henchmen discover their hideout. The violent confrontation leads to tragic consequences, ending the moment of peace they had fought so hard to attain.

In a purgatorial rail yard, Eric meets Kronos, a mystical guide who reveals that to reunite with Shelly, he must eliminate Roeg. This revelation ignites a newfound determination in Eric.

Eric meets Sophia, Shelly's mother, who shares her own unfortunate agreement with Roeg that resulted in her daughter's suffering. The conversation culminates in tragedy when Roeg forces her to commit suicide for failure to obey.

Driven by the need for revenge, Eric launches a campaign against Roeg's henchmen while discovering incriminating evidence on Shelly’s phone that links her to a past murder coerced by Roeg. This connection deepens Eric's resolve to end Roeg's reign.

During a moment of uncertainty regarding his love for Shelly, Eric loses his healing powers and dies again. In the afterlife, he strikes a dangerous deal with Kronos to exchange his fate with Shelly's for a final showdown with Roeg.

Roeg learns about Eric’s supernatural abilities and orders Marian to trap him. Unwavering in his determination, Eric hunts down Marian to uncover Roeg's location, leading to confrontations layered with tension.

In a climactic battle, Eric and Roeg are transported to the afterlife where they face off in a fierce showdown. Eric emerges victorious, vanquishing Roeg and saving Shelly's soul from eternal torment.

After defeating Roeg, Shelly is revived on the night she and Eric died. Filled with grief yet grateful for his sacrifice, she learns from Kronos that their souls will eventually reunite, providing her with a glimmer of hope.
