Euliss F. 'Sonny' Dewey, a Pentecostal preacher, learns that his wife, Jessie, has been unfaithful with a youth minister named Horace. This revelation shatters his world and sets off a chain reaction of events that deeply impacts both his personal life and his standing in the church.
