Badhra, Ramadorai's rival, openly challenges his power. Ramadorai initially refuses to flee to Chennai, hoping to keep helping the people, but that night Badhra’s men attempt to kill him. His wife Ganga sacrifices herself by taking bullets to save him.

Ramadorai storms Badhra's house and eliminates his faction, ultimately killing Badhra in front of Bhima, Ramadorai’s teenage son. The brutal act signals a violent turn in the power struggle between the two sides. Bhima witnesses the consequences of his family feud firsthand.

After the confrontation, Ramadorai hands his young son Vishwa to Ratnam, asking him to promise to protect the boy because Ramadorai’s life will be in constant danger. Years pass and Ramadorai operates as a vigilante, using violent methods to deliver justice. He learns of an actor who sexually assaulted a maid and used wealth to silence witnesses, and his men stab the actor in a real duel during filming. The act blurs the line between righteous justice and vigilante brutality.

Ramadorai declines a developer's plan to build an apartment complex, choosing instead to invest funds in buying a port. The move signals a strategic shift toward infrastructure that could empower his broader goals. It reveals his preference for leverage over personal wealth.

Vishwa grows up in Sydney as a famous single with a dancing troupe named Tamil Pasanga. He reconnects with Logu, who runs a water-delivery business, and their performances draw public interest while Logu handles logistics. The duo’s notoriety foreshadows their future influence in Mumbai.

Meera Narayanan befriends the troupe and falls for Vishwa while a ruse about marriage to a famous singer keeps unwanted suitors at bay. She reveals her deceptive charm by inviting the real singer to prove Meera’s honesty, and the romance deepens as she joins the troupe.

Meera's father asks to visit Ramadorai in Mumbai, and Vishwa, Meera, and her dad travel discreetly to meet him at Ramadorai's residence. Their suspicions about Ramadorai are raised as he explains his protective mission for Tamil residents. The conversation hints at the shadowy wars still surrounding him.

During the visit, Meera's father and others reveal themselves as police operatives intent on capturing Ramadorai. A bomb planted in a van explodes, killing Ramadorai and sending shockwaves through the city. Vishwa realises Bhima’s manipulation behind the scenes as chaos erupts.

With Ramadorai dead, Bhima tightens his grip on the city by extorting landowners and using political influence to expand his control. Ramadorai’s allies are scattered or eliminated, and Bhima’s narrative of power casts a long shadow over Mumbai. The public begins to link crime with politics in the power vacuum.

Vishwa is jailed but released after a trial when Meera helps him escape police custody. He takes leadership of his father’s gang to stop criminals in the city through violent means and soon wins public support as a decisive, if brutal, protector. The city begins to rally behind his brand of justice.

A cameraman named Kumar overhears Bhima's plan to trap Vishwa by staging a Maharashtran protest riot. Kumar records the intended setup and tries to escape, but Bhima’s loyalists pursue him. The footage becomes a critical thread that could challenge Bhima’s manipulations.

Vishwa tracks Bhima to an abandoned building and faces him in a brutal duel. He kills Bhima with Bhima’s own blade, finally ending the rival’s ruinous rule. Meera helps clear Vishwa of murder charges, and the city settles into a new era as Vishwa and Meera rule together, bringing peace to Mumbai.
