Terror Toons 3

In the Cartoon Dimension, Doctor Carnage conducts a brutal experiment on a man, disemboweling him and ripping his skull out through his stomach. The savage act establishes Carnage's brutality and foreshadows the terror that will spill into Earth.

On Earth, Cindy and Candy are left alone with Cindy's friend Amy, while they plan to invite Rick and Eddie to join them. The night seems ordinary, but danger lurks in the form of Terror Toons.

Candy watches a Terror Toons DVD that she received in the mail and learns about Doctor Carnage and Max Assassin, setting the stage for the night to come. The video promises chaotic cartoonish mayhem and hints at the horrors to follow.

While Candy naps, Carnage and Max materialize in her room, announcing their presence and signaling the start of their attack. Their sudden arrival drags a murderous cartoon menace into the real world.

Carnage and Max rip Candy's spine out, dismember a pizza delivery man with a giant pizza cutter, and behead Tommy when he drops by. The violence unfolds in a brutal, carnival-like display of terror.

Cindy, Amy, and Rick attempt to escape, only to discover that all doors have been replaced by vertigo-inducing spirals. The claustrophobic trap traps them inside, escalating the peril.

Rick is taken by Carnage and Max and subjected to brain experiments as they toy with his mind. The abduction marks a turning point, replacing hope with a chilling inevitability.

A police officer released from Terror Toons is blown up by dynamite hidden in a box of donuts, and Cindy and Amy become separated in the ensuing chaos.

Cindy is captured by Carnage; she and the lobotomized Rick are forced to watch as Carnage and Max saw Amy in half as part of a cruel magic act.

Carnage and Max take Cindy to a cartoon version of Hell, where the Devil explains his plan to use Terror Toons to ravage Earth. Cindy realizes that anything is possible in cartoons and steels herself for a fight.

Realizing that anything is possible in cartoons, Cindy becomes a superheroine and challenges the Devil. The Devil then sends her back to her house, ending the surreal trip through Hell.

Cindy discovers a machine producing Terror Toons DVDs and is attacked by Max, but she uses her new powers to snap his neck and crush his brain. The monstrous offender is dispatched in brutal fashion.

Carnage charges at Cindy with a giant axe, but she uses it against him, cutting his head in half and unleashing tiny monsters that pour from the skull. The moment marks a decisive turn in the battle.

Cindy destroys the Terror Toons DVD press with a crowbar, ending the immediate threat of the cursed media. The room fills with chaos as the equipment lies in ruins.

Cindy and Candy's parents return home from a wedding to find Rick banging his head against a wall while Cindy laughs hysterically, surrounded by the remains of her friends and sister. The scene ends with a haunting silence and a ruined household.
