On her last day as a messenger, Belle dreams of becoming a NASCAR driver, demonstrating her deep passion for mechanics and cars. Her dreams are a testament to her dedication and skill in the automotive world.

Belle's boyfriend, Jesse, grows frustrated when she misses their dinner date because of work commitments. Despite this, Belle is determined to have an exciting last day, and heads to her garage to install the supercharger.

Meanwhile, Detective Washburn struggles in his undercover role, hilariously attempting to act as a Cuban phone card dealer. His lack of driving skills becomes evident when he accidentally crashes their getaway car during a chaotic confrontation.
