Sukeban Deka: The Movie

After the Sukeban Deka II series, Yoko Godai abandons her Saki Asamiya alias and focuses on college entrance exams. She accidentally bumps into Kazuo Hagiwara, who is fleeing from hitmen and reveals Sankou Academy's existence on a remote island called Hell's Castle. He warns that the school is ruled by the evil headmaster Hattori, a terrorist intent on brainwashing students.

Yoko and Kazuo are attacked and captured aboard a Sankou Academy bus driven by its henchmen. Saki is subjected to electric torture to coerce information. The pair manage to escape together from their captors as the bus nears the island.

Realizing the danger, Saki seeks help from her longtime ally Kyoko Nakamura. They later meet Megumi Kato, sister of Kazuo's friend Kikuo, who couldn't escape. Together they begin assembling a rescue group to confront Sankou Academy.

Before they can act, a helicopter sent by Hattori closes in and opens fire. Kazuo dies heroically, shielding Saki from the blast, and she cannot destroy the aircraft with her old yo-yo.

After reuniting with Yukino Yajima, the team plans a raid on Sankou Gakuen to take down Hattori. They marshal their forces and prepare to infiltrate the island.

Nishiwaki reveals that Hattori is actually Jishu Kita, a former revolutionary leader thought dead after the Dark Inspector defeated him five years earlier. Hattori is backed by a mysterious political fixer known as the Mastermind. Nishiwaki also gives Yoko an improved quadruple-weighted yo-yo, more powerful but with the risk of injuring her arm.

The team infiltrates Sankou Gakuen from the shore but Megumi betrays them to see her brother Kikuo again. They are captured as a result of the betrayal.

On the island, Hattori is revealed to be a cyborg and defeats Saki in a duel with his built-in weapons. Megumi switches sides again upon learning that Kikuo has been lobotomized and helps them escape.

The group fights its way through Gakuan Academy and its elite juvenile fighters. Megumi sacrifices her life to save Saki from a lethal dart thrown by Hattori, at last making amends for her earlier betrayal.

During the final confrontation, Asamiya battles Hattori again and defeats him with her upgraded yo-yo, nearly injuring her own arm in the process. She delivers the fatal electricity strike, killing Hattori. With Hattori defeated and Sankou Academy destroyed, the students are freed. The Mastermind commits suicide to avoid arrest.

Yoko parts ways with Nishiwaki, who jokes that this time it is really goodbye. She is followed by Okyo and Yukino as she walks away.
