Seventeen‑year‑old Yui Kazama, Sukeban Deka, works in Security Bureau with sisters Yuka and Yuma under Kuraudo Sekin, who equips agents with weapons. When Sekin’s methods turn harsh, Yui quits and refuses undercover work. She learns Sekin plans to use the bureau to overthrow the Japanese government, forcing Yui, sisters and outcasts to thwart his coup.
