During the funeral, a mischievous boy steals a rosary from the deceased Father Alameida and sells it in the bustling market. This act unknowingly sets off a chain of events that will deeply intertwine the lives of many, including that of a woman named Frankie Paige.

The stolen rosary makes its way to Frankie Paige in Pittsburgh. Shortly after receiving it, she becomes the target of an unexplained, sinister force while bathing, leading to mysterious and painful wounds on her wrists.

Doctors are baffled by Frankie's unexplained injuries and cannot determine their origin after a series of medical examinations. This perplexing situation leads Frankie to seek answers from a local priest, unknowingly not connecting with the right figure.
