Tony Vitayakul and his partner Nung lead a sting against a traffickers’ cell in Thailand, using a pretext of buying a Thai girl. The operation yields crucial information about the ship used to transport the victims and its destination. Vitayakul learns that Viktor Dragovic, a Serbian mobster, will personally receive the shipment.

Nick Cassidy, a Newark detective, discovers Dragovic is in New Jersey. He and Captain Costello brief a police task force on Dragovic's global network and his role as a major trafficking kingpin. The briefing sets the stage for a coordinated intercept on US soil.

With the ship bearing Dragovic's container approaching the United States, Cassidy and his team prepare an intercept at the port. Tension builds as authorities close in to seize the cargo and disrupt Dragovic's operation. The readiness signals a turning point in the case.

The ship arrives and the trafficked women are found dead, the victims of their brutal journey. The ship's captain is tortured and shot in the head, triggering a police raid. Cassidy fatally shoots Dragovic's youngest son Andre, and Dragovic is arrested.

While in custody, Dragovic orchestrates an attack on Cassidy's family. Cassidy's wife and daughter Sofia are killed, but Cassidy survives the assault. The loss hardens Cassidy's resolve to bring Dragovic to justice.

Costello and Reed visit Cassidy in hospital and inform him that Dragovic has fled the US. Cassidy steals clothing and an opiate and heads to Dragovic's attorney's restaurant to force Dragovic's whereabouts. He confronts the attorney, shoots him, and blows up the restaurant to sever Dragovic's trail.

In Cambodia, Senator Khat warns Dragovic that unless he leaves the country, he will be arrested and extradited. Dragovic leverages political influence to buy himself two weeks to flee.

Cassidy travels to Thailand to continue the pursuit. US authorities suspect he has suffered a nervous breakdown and dispatch Reed to detain him. Vitayakul and his partner Nung are ordered to assist Cassidy.

At Suvarnabhumi Airport, Cassidy escapes from the pursuing police. Reed, bribed by Dragovic, kills Nung and frames Cassidy for the murder. Vitayakul pursues Cassidy through the streets, intensifying the chase.

Cassidy reaches a nightclub in Poipet and tortures a Dragovic man to locate Dragovic's current operations. Vitayakul and Reed arrive to arrest Cassidy, triggering a tense confrontation.

A fierce shootout erupts at a warehouse as Cassidy and Vitayakul close in on Dragovic's network and Janko's men. Janko flees but is killed by his half-brothers Ivan and Goran Dragovic. Before dying, Janko reveals Dragovic's location.

Cassidy and Vitayakul join forces to storm Dragovic's Southeast Asia compound. A brutal gunfight follows, with Ivan killed by Vitayakul and the duo pushing toward Dragovic's helicopter escape.

Cassidy and Dragovic clash; Cassidy stabs Dragovic in the chest during their fight, though Dragovic manages to commandeer a second helicopter. Dragovic dies from his injuries, and he reveals that Sofia is alive but was sold into trafficking.

In the aftermath, Cassidy bids farewell to Vitayakul and Min, handing them a photo of Sofia to keep. He sets out alone to continue the search for Sofia.
