An archaeologist uncovers relics from an Indian burial ground, including the skull of an ancient chief. Skeleton Man materializes through a shimmering portal and immediately kills the archaeologist, signaling that the threat is real from the very start. This deadly awakening sets the tone for a pursuing, supernatural hunter who will not be stopped by conventional means.

The hunter chases the archaeologist’s assistant to a nearby power plant, where she is cornered and slaughtered along with two workers. The brutal massacre demonstrates the creature’s relentless efficiency and supernatural reach. The incident makes clear that ordinary tactics will not be enough to stop it.

Skeleton Man on horseback claims another life by killing a soldier in the field. A partner records the incident on video and sends it to superiors, who respond by dispatching Delta Force to neutralize the threat. The footage confirms the mission has escalated beyond anything conventional forces can handle.

Delta Force arrives in the frontline, armed with modern weapons but facing an enemy that seems untouchable by standard firepower. They quickly realize the threat defies normal tactics and may be powered by something older and supernatural. An old Indian man encountered during the mission warns that Cottonmouth Joe is a genocidal warrior who once slaughtered his own people and has returned to stalk the soldiers. That night, two sentries vanish (MIA), and the squad’s scout, Staff Sgt. Oberron, also disappears into the darkness. The tension heightens as the men realize they are being hunted one by one. The loss foreshadows how the mission could end in tragedy.

The squad finally comes to face the undead hunter; the heavy weapons specialist charges in a bold move, only to be cut down. Law enforcement closes in, and Captain Leary wields a Sheriff's Armsel Striker in the clash that follows. In a tense cat-and-mouse sequence through the plant’s corridors, Leary corners the killer and prepares for a final showdown.

In the generator room, Leary corners Cottonmouth Joe in a brutal, high-stakes confrontation. He uses an electric current to annihilate the monster, delivering a decisive if brutal victory. The fight tests both bravado and wits as the environment becomes the weapon.
