Shredderman Rules (2007) Timeline Explained – Every Event in Order

Nolan chooses Bubba as his project target because he's been chronically bullied by Bubba throughout his time at school. When Mr. Green assigns a multimedia project where students can expose something in their community, Nolan sees an opportunity to finally stand up for himself and other students tormented by Bubba. He adopts the Shredderman alias to protect himself from retaliation while documenting Bubba's bullying behavior.

After successfully exposing Bubba's bullying, Nolan realizes the same investigative approach can reveal other wrongdoing at school. He begins capturing instances of cruelty or neglect among faculty members, which shifts his project from personal revenge to a broader mission of institutional accountability. This expansion also raises the stakes and makes the project more impactful.

Bob and Bubba retaliate by stealing Isabel's guinea pig Claudette and framing Shredderman for their schemes. Nolan tracks down Claudette at a pet shop where they've stashed her, retrieving the pet and proving their plot was orchestrated by them rather than him. This counters their framing attempt and demonstrates Nolan's investigative skills.

Dr. Voss is fired because she attempts to suppress Nolan's evidence during the signing ceremony rather than allowing the truth to come out. Her attempt to protect the school from scandal, rather than addressing the corruption openly, leads to her termination. The administration decides she failed to uphold accountability standards.
