Shiva

The film opens in a classroom at VAS College of Arts & Sciences. After classes, under JD's direction, Ganesh's gang savagely assaults a group of students outside the college gate to settle campus scores. The incident deepens fear on campus and shows JD's control.

JD is the unopposed president of the college students' union and the leader of a powerful gang that blocks disciplinary actions. Through Ganesh, his connections reach Bhavani Chaudhury, whose criminal network lends muscle to a local politician Tilak Dhari. The web of influence hints at a broader power structure behind campus crime.

Shiva is introduced as a new student who joins a small circle of friends, including Prakash and Asha. His confident demeanor brings him into direct conflict with JD when his group challenges the gang's authority. The campus atmosphere grows tense as competing loyalties form.

Shiva and his friends beat JD's gang in broad daylight inside the campus, signaling a shift in power. The victory emboldens them to plan a run in the student union elections. JD's control over the campus begins to crumble, raising the stakes for everyone involved.

Encouraged by the campus win, Shiva's group moves to contest the elections. He suggests his nerdy friend Naresh as a candidate, and he rejects Ganesh's early warnings to stay out of politics. The political arena on campus becomes the new battleground.

Ganesh tries to use force again, but Shiva defeats him, proving he won't be easily pushed around. Bhavani begins to view Shiva as a potential replacement for JD and studies him as a threat. Naresh is assaulted to derail his candidacy.

Bhavani refuses to side with the worker's union leader, Krishna Rao. Rao seeks Shiva's help in exchange for muscle, and Shiva agrees, calling on the workers to support their cause. The underworld and labor networks begin to align against Shiva's group.

Rao calls upon the workers to back his cause, and Shiva agrees to support Rao in return for muscle power. The workers' backing strengthens Rao's position and raises the campaign's stakes. Tensions rise as organizational rivalries heat up across the city.

Asha expresses romantic interest in Shiva and their bond deepens as they navigate the political turmoil. The relationship ultimately leads to marriage, adding a personal stake to the escalating conflict. Their union marks a rare moment of tenderness amid the violence.

Bhavani begins a sniper campaign targeting those close to Shiva, spreading fear and violence. Shiva retaliates by striking back at Bhavani's leaders, trying to dismantle the anti-social network. Tilak Dhari notices Shiva's growing momentum and withdraws his support.

Angered and humiliated, Bhavani strikes Shiva's home and confronts him directly. He finds Asha and kills her, along with Tilak Dhari, for betrayal. The city reels as violence spills into Shiva's personal life.

A final confrontation erupts where Shiva faces Bhavani and ultimately kills him, ending his terror over the city. The battle leaves Shiva victorious but deeply scarred by the personal losses he has suffered. He realizes he has given up almost everything in the pursuit of justice.
