Mikey and Rose are hired by crime lord Clayton to eliminate his pregnant wife, Vicki, amidst his growing paranoia. They prepare to infiltrate Clayton's opulent mansion, setting the stage for the unexpected events that follow.

Upon entering Vicki's bedroom, Rose discovers that Vicki's water breaks, signaling the onset of labor. Instead of carrying out the assassination, Rose's maternal instincts kick in as she takes charge of the delivery.
