Ariya Raja is invited to an awards ceremony by the school principal, but commitments prevent him from going. Seema Raja goes in his father's stead, stepping into a public spotlight. At the ceremony, he first meets Suthanthira Selvi and begins to fall for her.

During the ceremony, Seema is drawn to Selvi, a skilled Silambattam practitioner and sports teacher. He feels an instant connection and pursues her, while tensions with Kaaleeshwari and Kannan begin to simmer in the background.

Seema discovers Kaaleeshwari and Kannan are land-grabbers who neglect agriculture. Kannan's wind farms threaten the livelihoods of villagers, fueling the feud between them. The conflict sets the stage for ongoing confrontations.

Kannan kidnaps Selvi and locks her away at his own place. The act escalates the danger and strengthens Seema's resolve to protect her.

A flashback reveals Selvi is Kannan's daughter from his first marriage, a revelation that reshapes loyalties and past betrayals. The backstory explains why Kannan abandoned his first wife and adds emotional weight to the conflict.

Ariya Raja tries to halt Kannan's seizure of land, but the effort is met with mockery from the despondent villagers. He dies of heartbreak, leaving Seema to mourn his loss.

Seema grieves heavily at his father's funeral. His grandfather consoles him by recounting Kadambavel Raja's brave deeds and battles against invaders, inspiring Seema to mend his wrongs and protect his people.

Selvi remains captive as Kaaleshwari threatens her sister's safety if she attempts to escape. When Seema tries to help within the law, the police dismiss the case; Selvi cryptically tells him to 'Ask my father'.

Seema realizes that Selvi's 'Ask my father' is a coded message. He consults Selvi's foster father and learns that she loves him.

Drawing on Kadambavel Raja's legacy and his grandfather's inspiration, Seema negotiates with the Raj of Udaipur to set up wind farms that create jobs while preserving farmland for farming. The plan is initially met with skepticism by villagers, but they gradually come to support the idea.

Seema sets out to rescue Selvi, but Kannan and Kaaleeshwari pursue them and recapture her, threatening to hang her from a wind turbine. The pursuit adds a dangerous, high-stakes chase to the plan.

In the climactic confrontation, Seema rescues Selvi. Kaaleeshwari is crushed by the wind turbine and Kannan is defeated.

With danger behind them, Seema and Selvi begin a new life together. They honor Kadambavel Raja's legacy of bravery and the villagers' prosperity.
