Rurouni Kenshin: The Final

Enishi, leader of the Shanghai mafia, arrives in Tokyo with a crew bent on making Kenshin suffer. They launch their assault, starting with a cannon attack on the Akabeko restaurant that causes multiple casualties. The city reels as Enishi's vendetta begins to unfold.
