Kabir Ahlawat leads a quiet, isolated life in Goa, running a pawn shop and keeping to himself. His routine is broken when his next-door neighbor Anna, a drug addict and bar dancer, moves in with her young daughter Naomi. A fragile bond forms between Kabir and the pair, softening his guarded demeanor and pulling him into their world.

A shadowy criminal network takes hold across the street as Mantoo builds a vast operation blending organ harvesting with drug manufacture. He is backed by ruthless enforcers Kevin and his brother Luke, with the deadly Attila keeping order through fear. The threat looms over Kabir’s quiet life, turning the street into a powder keg ready to explode.

One night, Anna and her boyfriend steal drugs from Mantoo's men and stash them inside a camera, pawning it to Kabir in the hope of quick cash to support Naomi. The pawn becomes a dangerous link in Mantoo's operation, pulling Kabir into a web of crime he never chose to join. Kabir's simple act of buying and selling items drags him toward a violent conspiracy.

Attila and Luke arrive at Anna's place, torturing her for the camera while Naomi becomes an eyewitness to the brutality. In a panic, Anna reveals where the drugs are hidden, sending the criminals into a frenzy. Big Show arrives with his ally Viju Dempo, demanding the camera back and ratcheting up the stakes for Kabir.

With captors pressing for results, Kabir hands the camera over to Luke. Kevin then imposes a grim new demand: deliver the drugs to Mantoo in exchange for the captives' release. The mission heightens the danger as Kabir accepts the perilous assignment.

Kabir completes the delivery, but Mantoo's hideout is raided by Goa police. Mantoo escapes amid the chaos, and Kabir gives chase through the night. The pursuit ends with Anna's lifeless body found, her organs harvested, a brutal revelation that shatters Kabir.

Back at the police station, Kabir stages a dramatic escape, leaving officers baffled by his combat skills. It’s revealed that he is a former decorated RAW soldier who retired after his pregnant wife was killed by stray gunfire outside a hospital. The revelation adds a deeply personal motive to his quest for revenge.

Driven by rage and Naomi’s fate, Kabir fights his way into the drug manufacturing plant. He is shot but survives, performing an improvised surgery in a small medical shop to stabilize himself. The battle shifts from revenge to saving the innocent and dismantling the operation.

Inside the plant, Kabir discovers child slaves used in production and frees them in a brutal, emblematic showdown. He fights Luke and closes in on Kevin, who taunts him with the claim that Naomi is dead. The confrontation intensifies as Kabir moves to bring the operation down.

In a tense exchange, Kevin reveals a container claiming it holds Naomi’s eyes, inflaming Kabir’s rage. Attila and Kevin fall to Kabir’s onslaught as the gang’s grip begins to crumble. The container is later revealed to hold the surgeon’s eyes, not Naomi, reframing the tragedy.

With the brutal confrontation over, Kabir contemplates suicide, overwhelmed by grief. Naomi unexpectedly arrives alive, having been spared by Attila for her kindness toward him. Kabir is arrested again, but the police allow Naomi to ride with him as they move forward on an uncertain path.
