Devudu tries to kill an innocent man who stands against Peddanna, but Jairam, one of Peddanna’s trusted followers, cuts the attempt short. Peddanna is the feared gangster at the heart of Andhra Pradesh, drawing power from a tight circle of three main henchmen—[G.K.]? (fictional shorthand in the plot) and, more importantly, Jairam, Bhagavan, and Nanda, who carry out his orders and keep the city’s fear intact. The tension between these factions pulses at the center of the story, setting up a high-stakes chess game where loyalty, money, and vengeance collide.
At the center of the present-day action is Satya Reddy, a sharp, money-minded man who gets dragged into a violent feud between [G.K.] and Peddanna. He ends up aiding GK and earns a place as GK’s partner, a move that draws GK’s romantic interest, Sirisha, closer to Satya. The triangle tightens when Satya crosses paths with Ashta Lakshmi, a woman being pursued by relentless goons; he steps in to shield her, and she and her Brahmin family end up living with him for a while. From there, Satya starts formulating a plan for GK to challenge Peddanna more effectively, blending pragmatism with a growing sense of responsibility.
When a brutal incident unfolds, Jairam grabs [Sirisha], and Satya springs into action, ending Jairam’s threat with a decisive kill. The vigilante turn deepens as Ashta Lakshmi also moves closer to Satya, adding emotional complexity to an already dangerous mission. A pub scene reveals a tattooed stranger connected to Sirisha, a clue Satya notes as the pieces of the puzzle begin to fit together. Later, during a tense lunch in a restaurant with Sirisha and Ashta Lakshmi, Satya is ambushed by Bhagavan’s henchmen. He fights them off, then travels to Bhagavan’s house to strike back, killing Bhagavan and his father in a brutal confrontation that triggers Peddanna’s fury and escalates the war.
The story then unfolds through a long past that shapes the present. Satya is an orphan being cared for by a doctor, in a city—Kadapa—that reveres the doctor as a guardian figure. Into this setup step Devendra, a political campaigner and Peddanna’s brother, who kidnaps the doctor’s daughter to force votes in his favor, only to meet resistance. Satya arrives, dismantling Devendra’s henchmen and discovering a brutal truth: the hospital’s survival depends on ₹72 crore, money tied to the doctor’s land donation. Peddanna responds with brutal efficiency, killing the doctor with the help of his goons, and Satya, having already proven his willingness to take on danger, joins GK to seek vengeance and secure a future for the hospital.
Back in the present, Satya returns home to confront the emotional fallout of Ashta Lakshmi’s family, especially when he learns that Ashta Lakshmi’s elder brother was kidnapped years earlier. He infiltrates Peddanna’s headquarters to rescue him, and the rescue is only part of a larger revelation: Ashta Lakshmi and her brother supposedly conspired to steal ₹180 crore from Peddanna with the brother’s help, sending the money to Bangkok. In a twist, Satya and Sirisha arrive in Bangkok and discover that Ashta Lakshmi does not have money of her own; the tattooed girl from the pub is connected to the larger scheme—she is the same person Satya had saved earlier, and the family’s outward drama hides a long-standing plan.
Satya’s instinct proves right: he admits he knew about the money scheme from the start and admits his role in taking the money, all in an effort to trap Nanda, whom he knows will follow the brother to claim his share. The plan works, and Satya eliminates Nanda before returning to India. GK, hearing his followers’ chatter, makes a run for Dubai to escape Satya’s retribution.
Yet the climax brings the violence back home. Peddanna kidnaps Satya’s younger sister in a bid to break him, but Satya arrives with Peddanna’s own brother and tears through the enemy lines, killing Peddanna’s men and his chief enforcer. The final act of vengeance comes for Satya’s mother as he delivers a fatal strike to Peddanna himself, saving the hospital from disaster and restoring some semblance of safety to Kadapa. Devendra, Peddanna’s brother, flees the scene, leaving the fate of the larger network uncertain.
In the end, the story circles back to the core themes of loyalty, power, and redemption. Satya’s journey—from a money-minded opportunist to a man who fights for a hospital, a family, and a code of justice—creates a gritty tapestry of ambition and sacrifice. The city’s underworld is thinned but not erased, and the personal price of vengeance is paid in hard-won, hard-kept gains that leave lasting scars on everyone involved.
