Daisuke Tateishi adheres to a strict daily routine of physical and spiritual training at a Shinto shrine. The discipline shapes his body and focus, but it also keeps him socially distant from others. This quiet ritual establishes the baseline for his exceptional abilities.

Tateishi is haunted by a traumatic accident on a film set in which he was involved. The memory resurfaces during tense moments and colors his fear of violence. This trauma partly explains his reluctance to perform action sequences.

Despite his talents, he works behind the scenes to provide sound effects for ninja shows at the park. He contributes timing and atmosphere without taking center stage in the action. This role keeps him close to danger while avoiding direct combat.

A farewell party is held for Tateishi's colleague at a snack bar where Ayumi works. The atmosphere foreshadows looming conflicts involving Ayumi, the yakuza, and the land dispute. Tensions rise as rumors of money and power swirl around the group.

Jinnai, Saeki and the Nagayama-gumi plot with Kurosaki to sell Ayumi's land to a Chinese broker. They approach Ayumi during the party to pressure her and enlist her help in persuading Ryuzo. The scheme raises the stakes for everyone involved.

Saeki uses the PJ kit to measure the purity of Japanese people and discovers a mediocre 50% result. He forces nearby ninja actors to take the test as well, signaling a coercive and unsettling atmosphere. Tateishi refuses to participate.

Ayumi hands Tateishi a PJ kit, and when he uses it at home, the result comes back as 100%. The twist leaves him shaken by the implication of purity and identity. The moment marks a turning point in how he views himself and Ayumi.

Tateishi steps in as a replacement for a former colleague in the ninja show, but his trauma prevents him from performing violence. He falters on stage as Ayumi watches, exposing his internal limits. The scene underscores how his past binds his present actions.

Harassment against Ayumi's home escalates, leading to Ryuzo being injured and hospitalized. The threat to their safety intensifies the urgency for action. Tateishi and Ayumi begin to realize how close the danger really is.

Tateishi reveals to Ayumi that Kurosaki is responsible for the harassment, and they storm into Kurosaki's office. He feigns innocence, prompting Tateishi to lash out and destroy the office. Ayumi affirms his violence for the first time.

The police arrive at Oedomura park to question Tateishi about the destruction of Kurosaki's office. Meanwhile, rumors about his past reach his boss, resulting in his dismissal. The scrutiny compounds the consequences of his actions.

Ryuzo dies, and the yakuza intensify their bid to seize the land, forcing Ayumi to attempt escape with Tateishi's help. The loss deepens Ayumi's resolve and edges Tateishi closer to a breaking point.

Heavy machinery arrives on Ayumi's property and excavation begins, pushing Tateishi to unleash the violent impulses he had suppressed. He storms in to confront the invaders and protect Ayumi in a climactic surge of action.
