Phir Wahi Raat

Asha is haunted by visions of her deceased aunt, disturbing her routine at the hostel. The warden and her friend Shobha decide she needs help from a professional, pushing her toward medical attention.

The psychiatrist Dr Vijay examines Asha and finds no physical disorder. He advises her to distance herself from old memories to break the haunting patterns.

Following complaints from other residents about her behavior, the hostel administration orders Asha to vacate. The situation escalates as her stability is questioned by those around her.

Seeking a fresh start, Asha decides to go to her ancestral manor with Dr Vijay and Shobha accompanying her for support. They begin to confront the past embodied by the old house.

Upon arrival, the huge manor is introduced to Vishwanath and his daughter Gauri, who take care of the estate. The setting establishes a backdrop of family secrets and history.

Over a few days, a bond forms between Asha and Dr Vijay, offering her some emotional stability. When his work pulls him back to the city, he leaves the manor, leaving Asha alone again.

That very night, Asha sees a frightening woman roaming the corridors, a haunting she believes follows her every night. The terrifying visions intensify and take a toll on her mental state.

Dr Vijay comes back to help and meets Ashok, Asha's cousin, in the manor. They decide to stage a large birthday party for Asha to lift her spirits.

Ashok's wife, who lives abroad, arrives during the birthday celebration. Asha recoils in shock and stabs her in a panic, leaving her to die at the scene. Inspector Sharma arrives to arrest Asha on murder charges.

The police arrest Asha on murder charges, but the court immediately suspends the hearing due to her unstable condition. Medical care is prioritized as her mental state is assessed.

Dr Vijay treats Asha and probes why she killed Ashok's wife, arguing the timeline doesn't fit with her memories. Asha remains convinced that the haunting was the cause of the tragedy.

A few days later, Gauri is killed within the manor, and Shobha begins noticing another woman walking around the house. The hauntings continue to reveal themselves as more than superstition.

Dr Vijay teams with Inspector Sharma to dig deeper into the case and uncover a web of lies and greed surrounding the manor. Their pursuit of the truth exposes motives that explain the haunting and the violence within the family.
