My Memories of Old Beijing

The story takes place in Beijing's hutongs, the narrow alleyways and traditional courtyard neighborhoods in the southern part of the city. These tight-knit, crowded urban spaces form a community where families live, work, and experience daily life amid the urban changes of the late 1920s.
