Mortadelo & Filemon: Mission: Save the Planet

Botijola plans to replace every drop of water on Earth with his colorless beverage, which contains no real water. This would give him absolute control over humanity since water is essential for life. By creating a monopoly on the only liquid people can consume, he could essentially hold the world hostage and dictate any terms he wants.
