Ultraviolet radiation, toxic groundwater, and radioactivity shape daily life and force humans into split worlds: the surface Outworlds, the sealed Inworld, and the Crawlers' underground society. Technology like Infinisynth dominates dreams, turning experiences into a programmable reality.

Mindwarp unfolds across a post-apocalyptic Earth: a desolate surface scarred by ozone loss and Death Zones. Surviving humans exist as Outworlders on the wasteland and Dreamers inside the sealed Inworld biosphere, while Crawlers haunt the garbage dumps and tunnels. The film also depicts the Crawlers' underground village, where ritual and survival intersect.

🌐 Reality

The story centers on what is real when dreams can be engineered by a central system. Judy’s awakening disrupts a controlled dreamscape and triggers real-world consequences, including her mother’s death.
