Raghava runs a breakfast center in his village with his father Kondal Rao and dreams of opening a grand hotel in the nearby city. He believes his Bombay chutney can attract customers and bring fame. With his friend Gopal, he starts scouting for a suitable location. This marks the hopeful start of his long hospitality journey.

Nageshwara Rao offers a shed for lease to help launch the project. Raghava initially rejects the offer because of his complicated relationship with Sandhya. After weighing his limited resources, he reluctantly accepts the shed behind a giant tree as a starting point.

Kondal Rao agrees to fund the project using money from a chit fund, despite his reluctance. The family hopes the shed and the dream will eventually turn profitable. The plan moves forward with limited capital backing.

The chit fund runner defaults, jeopardizing Raghava's plans. Kondal Rao decides to sell land to pay for the shed. Unbeknownst to him, Nageshwara Rao sees a chance to swap the land for the shed at a low price.

Gopal, a believer in astrology, loves Gouthami from a nearby town. Gouthami is attracted to him, but their horoscope compatibility raises concerns. After checking the horoscope, Gopal leaves, leaving Gouthami disappointed.

Raghava launches the hotel in the shed but faces devastating losses from the start. The business struggles to attract customers and generate cash flow. The failure begins to strain his resolve and tests his ambitions.

Raghava and Sandhya clear their misunderstandings and rekindle their relationship. Meanwhile, Sandhya’s future is linked to a match with an Assistant Engineer (AE) connected to Nageshwara Rao’s office, aided by the rising land value. Kondal Rao learns of the developing relationship and presses for the marriage.

The land value fluctuates, and the AE’s family calls off the marriage prospect. The engagement falls through as the property market shifts and plans are put on hold. This setback drags the family into renewed uncertainty.

Nageshwara Rao agrees to the marriage of Raghava and Sandhya, but imposes a condition: Raghava must first make the hotel profitable. He makes it clear that their union should wait until the business demonstrates stability and success.

The chit fund organizer, who presided over their hometown, commits suicide, deeply affecting the community. Gopal apologizes for his earlier mistakes and a proposal from Gouthami is accepted, with plans to talk to her parents about the marriage.

Raghava realizes his overestimation and pivots to practical improvements. He cleans up the dump yard behind the hotel and develops a new Bombay chutney recipe, giving the menu a fresh edge. Slowly, the business begins to recover and attract customers.

On the way to finalize the marriage, the AE’s family boards an auto, and a driver collision injures Gopal. Raghava intervenes aggressively, slapping the AE to stop the fight, while Sandhya arrives to calm the situation. The AE realizes he cannot pursue the marriage after this confrontation.

Raghava and Sandhya finally seal their bond with marriage, overcoming obstacles and external pressures. Meanwhile, Gopal and Gouthami also move forward with their plans, trying to secure acceptance from her father, who is initially resistant. The unions mark a turning point for the families involved.

Nageshwara Rao transfers the land to Sandhya, once again increasing its value. The enhanced asset solidifies their position and supports the couple’s future ventures. The move signals a strategic win for the protagonists.

A hotel with a similar name opens nearby to compete with Raghava's rising business. He faces the challenge head-on, using his improved recipes and reputation to secure success. The film concludes with his triumph in the local hospitality scene.
