Narayana and his accomplice break into a bank in Hyderabad and steal ₹1 crore. A police pursuit erupts into a brutal shootout and a high-speed chase. In the exchange of gunfire, at least one gang member and several police officers are killed.

Narayana goes rogue after the heist and kills his accomplice to keep the loot for himself, severing ties with Nayar. He tries to disappear among the city’s streets while police and Nayar’s men tighten the net. The betrayal escalates their conflict across Hyderabad.

With exit routes watched, Nayar and his men close in on Narayana, tracing him to his brother's photo studio. They search the studio for the money through the envelopes, forcing a tense standoff. Narayana tries to stall, knowing capture is imminent.

Before he is caught, Narayana manages to drop a clue about the money into one of the photo envelopes. The clue remains concealed inside the studio, waiting for someone to uncover it. This moment sets the stage for the envelope’s dramatic role later.

Narayana is tortured for information and reveals the clue, but the envelope is snatched by Satya, a middle-class working woman. She begins to understand that her life is already entangled with a dangerous chase. Narayana’s truth and the clue are later conveyed to his brother as part of a dying message.

On her way home with the envelope, Satya is accosted by one of Nayar's henchmen who demands the envelope. In the struggle, Satya wounds the attacker, and a nosy neighbor phones the police. The attacker dies from the wound, and the incident hints that Narayana's brother may be involved.

Chandu, a crafty thief posing as a police officer, intervenes when Satya is harassed by a gang. He unexpectedly saves her and, after the police arrive, Satya thanks him. The encounter marks the start of an uneasy alliance between them.

Thinking they’re being pursued, Chandu grabs Satya and takes her hostage, slipping away with her into the jungle. Nayar's men, along with Narayana's brother, join the pursuit. The pair navigate traps and danger while growing closer.

In the forest, the fugitives evade police, Narayana's brother, and Nayar as they search for the envelope and its clue. Chandu deduces that the envelope itself holds the key and that the money’s location is encoded within. The pursuit pushes them toward the city.

Chandu and Satya stumble upon Nayar's truck, escape the forest, and head into the city. Knowing Satya’s apartment is a crime scene and likely guarded, they decide to scale the building from outside via a neighbor’s apartment to reach the envelope.

In a tense sequence, they locate the envelope and discover it contains a storage receipt for a cloakroom at the railway station. This document holds the key to locating the hidden money. They must move quickly to avoid Nayar’s men and the police.

Chandu goes to meet a friend to decide what to do with the money, leaving Satya to guard the captive henchman. The henchman escapes and calls Nayar, dragging Chandu into a confrontation at Nayar's apartment to surrender the receipt. The choice about the money becomes urgent.

A police informant tips off the authorities, triggering a siege. A shootout erupts as Chandu subdues Nayar and secures the envelope’s receipt, clearing the path toward the money. The chase heads toward the railway station with the police in pursuit.

They reach the station, grab the money bag, and climb onto the moving train to escape. At the next station, Nayar and his henchman board the train and confront Chandu and Satya on top. Chandu yanks the bag over the edge to force a standoff, the train engine detaches and crashes, and Nayar is arrested by the police.

In the aftermath, Satya questions Chandu’s motives and he returns the money to Inspector Yadav. The two share a moment as Satya invites Chandu to drop her home, and he agrees with a wry smile, hinting at a possible alliance beyond the chase.
