Imaad Ali, Ahana Singh, and Neil Pereira are introduced as childhood friends with distinct personalities and personal dependencies on social media. Each is navigating personal relationships and aspirations, setting the stage for the movie's conflicts. Their individual stories are intertwined with their friendships and social media presence.

Ahana's boyfriend Rohan unexpectedly asks for a break, leading her to become increasingly obsessed with him through social media. She starts stalking his activities and discovers he has a new girlfriend, Tanya. In an attempt to get his attention, Ahana begins posting her own updates online.

Imaad, a serial dater, uses Tinder under the alias Zeeshan, engaging in one-night stands. He genuinely connects with Simran Kohli, an older photographer, and begins to open up emotionally. Despite this, he continues using Tinder, ignoring his friends’ advice to pursue a serious relationship with Simran.

Neil strives to open his own gym and compares himself to more successful trainers on social media. He secretly dates influencer Laxmi Lalvani, also known as Lala, which he keeps hidden, knowing the social pressures and his aspirations.

During a stand-up comedy show, Imaad jokes about Neil's relationship with Lala, calling it fake. Neil takes offense, leading to a physical altercation. This confrontation causes a rift between them, impacting their friendship and worrying Ahana, who had quit her job to help start a gym with them.

Imaad and Simran develop genuine feelings for each other and decide to move in together. Their relationship deepens, but Imaad continues to use Tinder, creating tension when Simran finds messages from another woman, leading her to end their relationship.

Drunkenly, Ahana confronts Rohan at his birthday party, exposing their hookup publicly. Rohan insults her, but Imaad intervenes by arriving and trying to fight him. Neil arrives afterward and punches Rohan, allowing Ahana to see her worth beyond him.

Neil finds out Lala has been unfaithful, leading her to dismiss their relationship as unserious. She then files a complaint against Neil, resulting in his firing. In retaliation, Neil hacks her Instagram, exposing her true nature online.

After their breakup, Imaad is confronted with the truth about his fidelity. Meanwhile, he later approaches Simran at her art gallery opening, and she responds with a smile, indicating they have reconciled and are moving towards a healthier relationship.

The three friends decide to take their lives more seriously, reducing their dependence on social media. They jointly open a gym, fulfilling their dreams and gaining approval from their families, symbolizing growth and new beginnings.

Imaad tearfully shares his childhood experience of sexual abuse during his stand-up show, revealing how it impacted his intimacy issues. The heartfelt confession earns him a standing ovation and marks a turning point in his emotional healing.

In the closing scenes, Imaad re-approaches Simran at her art gallery, indicating that they have reconciled. The friends have grown and matured, supporting each other through their personal struggles and embracing a more positive outlook on life.
