Ranganath Rao, an archaeologist, visits a library in Greece and uncovers a manuscript by Ptolemy that hints at an anklet once entrusted to Uddhava. The manuscript suggests the anklet contains solutions for the deadly problems of Kali Yuga. This discovery links Rao's quest to ancient Krishna lore and sets the central mystery in motion.

In Hyderabad, Doctor Karthik is suspended after slapping a mayor who attempted a Yagna in the ICU. A run of misfortunes—a broken leg for his father and a toppled Tulasi plant—leads his mother to fear a curse for an unfulfilled vow to Shri Krishna. The family prepares for a difficult journey that will bring them into the anklet mystery.

That night, Rao is mortally wounded while trying to convey a clue to Karthik, but the young doctor cannot interpret it. The next day, Rao's death coincides with Karthik’s arrest for murder, while police doubt his story. Mugdha, Rao's granddaughter, rescues him from custody, and a mysterious man halts his attack when he sees Shri Krishna's idol.

Karthik, Mugdha, and Sadananda consult a sage who explains that the attacker belongs to the Abheera, an exiled group that worships Krishna but protects Krishna's relics by force. The Abheeras refuse to let others hinder Krishna's belongings. To shield his mother, Karthik commits to an 11-day Pravachan and a deeper search for the anklet.

The trio visits Rao's Bet Dwarka office and reads a letter outlining that Uddhava hid the anklet and left clues for the right person to find it. The trail runs from Pallava King Suryavarman to Ptolemy, with Krishna Thatakam containing the final hint Rao hoped to utter. Santanu, a professor with evil intent, is revealed as Rao's killer and the brains behind Karthik's arrest.

Karthik finds a peacock-shaped object in Krishna Thatakam, and Mugdha deciphers a Sanskrit inscription guiding them to Govardhan Hill near Mathura. They hire Suleman to reach Govardhana Hill without alerting authorities and confront a wary village on arrival. They climb into an ancient entrance using the peacock key and retrieve a telescope.

The next morning Mugdha escapes with the telescope, leaving Karthik, Sadananda, and Suleman behind. Santanu captures the trio and abandons them in the desert to die, but Mugdha returns with a friend who can help solve the mystery. The group presses on with renewed resolve.

In Himachal Pradesh they meet Dr. Dhanvantari, a blind philosopher who explains Rao and Santanu belong to a secret society that prized ancient Indian technology. Rao resisted Santanu's selfish use of the anklet, and fate selected Karthik to carry the mission forward. Dhanvantari clarifies that Krishna was a human genius—an engineer, physician, and musician—and that the anklet encodes advanced medical knowledge.

On their return, the police close in, forcing a truck ride across a cracking frozen river. An Abheera, compelled to peace for Krishna Paksha, ambushes them but is thwarted by Karthik's quick thinking. A telescope clue on a hill leads the group to the final location and an entry to the hidden corridor.

Karthik fuses the telescope with the peacock key to form a flute-like structure and places it in Shri Krishna's idol, triggering the underground hall's entrance guarded by snakes. He communicates with the snakes to reach the anklet and wins nationwide fame for the medical knowledge it contains. Santanu's bid to control the anklet collapses as the Abheeras surrender.

Santanu is murdered by the Abheeras after their surrender, exposing the true balance of power around the anklet. The Abheeras align with Karthik, rejecting Santanu's usurpation. The world begins to glimpse how the anklet's knowledge could advance medicine on a grand scale.

With the anklet secured, Karthik considers a wider link between Krishna and the depths of the Atlantic Ocean. The ending shows a submerged city where skeletons reach a mysterious door, suggesting a vast, underwater conduit of knowledge. The story hints at a global dimension to Krishna's legacy beyond India.
