The moment fuels her dream of becoming a working woman, something she has wanted despite not finishing high school. This win marks the first spark of her radio journey.

Next day, Vijji goes to the station to collect her prize and spots posters for RJ auditions. Anjali introduces her to Maria, the boss who will judge the audition. Her casual, extroverted energy nearly derails her laughter when Kumki recites lines, but she ends by delivering a sultry 'Hello' that catches Maria's attention. Maria offers her a chance to audition for a call-in night show.

To test the persona, Vijji dials a nearby grocery store and speaks in a sensual tone, tricking the clerk into delivering a broom to a non-existent Fifth floor. The prank foreshadows the audacity of her on-air style and also irritates her husband when she calls him. The episode shows her willingness to push boundaries for the show.

The next day, Vijji repeats that she is ready to take the job, leaving messages for Maria who is temporarily unavailable due to other work. Maria recognizes Vijji's passion and approves the call-in night show. Balu initially resents the decision for taking the job without discussing, but he eventually supports his wife's dream.

Vijji's first day involves the call-in night show and a guest pickup/drop service arranged by the station. An obscene caller tries to derail the conversation, but she handles it with tact and confidence. The host's poise earns listener respect as she navigates tricky banter.

A caller asks for an otherworldly song, and Vijji performs a tune she reserves for her husband. The moment delights her, but it also stirs tension at home as Balu feels left out and worries about his own job under a difficult boss.

Vijji's parents and elder sisters grow angry at her on-air career and demand she quit. Balu, though stressed by his own work situation, stands by her and supports her decision to balance home life with the new job. The show continues to gain traction despite the pressure.

A school inquiry reveals Siddhu and a friend attempted to sell stolen phones, including Balu's, to buy a PlayStation, with forged signatures in the diary. The principal suspends Siddhu, triggering a family crisis and blame toward Vijji for neglecting Siddhu.

Vijji rejects the ultimatum from her family and tries to stand by her job. The tension worsens as Siddhu's actions cast a shadow on the family, and Vijji's resolve to work clashes with their concerns for Siddhu.

Just as she is about to start her show, Siddhu goes missing. The family finds a note in which he apologizes for his actions, saying he is ashamed of what he did and asking his father to support his mother.

The next day, police locate Siddhu and bring him home. Overwhelmed by the emotional toll, Vijji decides to resign from the radio job to focus on her family.

On her way out, Vijji helps resolve a conflict at the station and suggests taking over the tiffin service contract. She pitches the idea to Maria and secures the contract, blending family care with entrepreneurship.

The film jumps to one month later, showing Balu running the tiffin business and Vijji returning to her radio job, managing both the household and her professional life in her unique, determined style.
