Anand, an IT professional, moves from Bangalore to Thiruvananthapuram with his pregnant wife Binu Thrivikraman. They begin settling into a new life while awaiting the arrival of their child. The fresh start sets the stage for the conflict to come.

During a routine neighborhood police check, Anand learns that Binu's name has been added to the KAAPA list. He is determined to clear her name and protect their unborn child. To safeguard the pregnancy, he decides to send Binu back to his hometown for safety.

Anand approaches a city constable, Arumanayagam, to remove Binu’s name. He discovers that Binu is suspected of leading a gang and has a dangerous rivalry with the city’s leading gangster and aspiring politician, Kotta Madhu. The revelation deepens the mystery and raises the stakes for his wife’s safety.

To gain leverage against the criminal network, Anand meets Kotta Madhu and manages to earn his trust. He presents himself as an ally who could help clear Binu’s name, while Madhu weighs his options. The encounter creates a fragile alliance, with Madhu unaware of Anand’s true motives.

A reporter named Latheef hires goons to finish Madhu and informs Prameela of the plot. Madhu beats the attackers, demonstrating his dominance, and Latheef grows fearful of Madhu’s reach. The power struggle tightens as each side tests the other’s limits.

Anand travels to Binu’s hometown to arrange their baby’s naming ceremony, hoping for a peaceful moment amid mounting danger. He seeks to celebrate the new life and fortify their family’s fragile position. The ceremony planning becomes a focal emotional point.

Latheef meets Anand and reveals that his rivalry with Madhu forced his cousin Nazeer into exile. He suggests forming a truce between himself and Madhu to live more peacefully. Though reluctant, Madhu agrees and moves toward the agreed location.

At the spot chosen for the truce, Madhu arrives as promised but is killed in a bomb blast carried out by a boy whose life Madhu had damaged through his orders. The boy is later sent to a juvenile prison, illustrating how far the consequences of Madhu’s actions have reached. The attack shifts the balance of power and ignites a fresh wave of vengeance.

Anand pays his last respects to Madhu and leaves the scene, feeling guilty for having been used by Latheef. He reflects on how his attempt to aid Binu has become entangled in a wider conspiracy. The moment underscores the moral ambiguity surrounding all the characters.

Madhu’s autopsy reveals that Binu was wearing his ring, exposing her as the mastermind behind Madhu’s death. Prameela learns that Latheef is a family friend in on the scheme. The findings reveal Binu as the faceless gang leader who orchestrated the plan while Anand remained clueless about her involvement.

Prameela confronts Binu, vowing to avenge Madhu’s death. Binu promises to protect her family without letting Anand know the truth. The confession cements Binu as the true mastermind behind the violence.

With the truth exposed, the narrative hints that Binu will continue to lead the gang and shield her family, while Anand remains in the dark about her role. The film closes on a morally complex note, where love, loyalty, and deceit coexist in a fragile balance.
