Two engineering college dropouts, Sakthi and Balaji, start a shop on Richie Street where they assemble and modify electronic products. Sakthi reverse engineers gadgets to improve them, and he even develops a modular mobile phone built from unique parts. This opening venture sets the stage for their tech-driven alliance.

Asha, a final-year engineering student, buys a laptop from Sakthi and later accuses him of cheating. They quarrel but gradually rekindle their relationship and fall in love. Asha's presence broadens Sakthi's horizons and ties him to bigger opportunities.

With Asha's backing, Sakthi's project is submitted to a national electronics firm for potential mass production. The firm shows interest, and the collaboration boosts their ambitions. The success solidifies their personal and professional partnership.

The couple takes a job to fix CCTV cameras in a wealthy house, and discover it belongs to Education-HRD Minister Devaraj. They fix the cameras competently but are not paid and face insult. The encounter foreshadows the political corruption they will confront.

Devaraj orders the closure of several engineering colleges, claiming they lack facilities and staff. Within ten days, he approves bribe-paying colleges, triggering a corruption cycle. Students from financially weaker families face sudden, unaffordable fee hikes.

One final-year student, unable to pay the last-minute fees as semester end approaches, commits suicide by touching a live wire on a city electric train in front of Sakthi and others. The tragedy exposes the deadly consequences of the bribery racket. Sakthi discovers the suicide is rooted in Devaraj's bribe system.

Motivated by the student's death, Sakthi teams up with Balaji and Gopi to expose Devaraj's corruption through technology. Gopi, once a celebrated electronics prodigy, now works as a waiter but joins the cause. They plan a public sting to reveal the bribery scheme.

Gopi designs an electronic surveillance bug disguised as a housefly and sends it to the location where Devaraj stores his bribes. The bug captures Arul counting cash, and the revelation goes viral when Sakthi's team releases the footage.

The viral video shows Arul with cash, provoking massive media outrage. The Prime Minister fires Devaraj from his ministerial post in response to the scandal. Public pressure intensifies the push to expose the minister.

Desperate to salvage his image, Devaraj kills Arul when he is about to reveal Sakthi's name. He then captures Sakthi and Asha and assaults Sakthi in an attempt to silence them. The situation escalates into a dangerous confrontation.

Sakthi tricks Devaraj into revealing the locations of his hidden money, which are recorded by cameras hidden in Asha's house. The footage provides the crucial evidence against the minister. The plan marks a crucial turning point in their fight for justice.

In the final showdown, Sakthi defeats and kills Devaraj, bringing down the corrupt minister. The operation exposes his entire scheme and clears the way for legal action. Sakthi transmits the evidence to the CBI for official pursuit.

Sakthi is publicly lauded for exposing the bribery racket after sending the footage to the CBI. He takes a small share of the confiscated money as CCTV charges and is reunited with Asha and Balaji. The trio looks toward a hopeful future built on their tech-driven justice.
