Police detective Vickie Stewart goes undercover as a prostitute to infiltrate a drug operation, with her partner Al assisting. The mission kicks off as they dive into a dangerous underworld to locate drugs worth millions.

Guns fire erupts as the operation turns chaotic, and Sal Salvador escapes with the drugs. Mooch, the drug boss, demands a week to recover the missing drugs worth around $50 million and orders action to cover the loss.

At the Los Angeles Police Station, Captain Jackson removes Vickie from the case. The team reassesses the operation's fallout and begins to regroup.

Maria, a Hispanic prostitute, reports being raped by several men. The police are skeptical and block her from filing charges, leaving her to face the system alone.

Vickie meets Maria and they track down the alleged rapists at their house. She beats the men in the confrontation and confronts the last suspect, delivering street justice.

Sal partners with a black gang to secure a replacement drug shipment but betrays them in a brutal power move. The double-cross intensifies the operation's danger.

Vickie speaks with Roberto Melendez, a convict whose brother was killed in the gunfights. He reveals there were two dirty police detectives interrogating him as well, hinting at deeper corruption.

Vickie poses as a job prospect to Philiy the Pig Jacobs, the head of a drug factory. After a struggle, she beats him up and arrests him, disrupting another node in the operation.

Captain Jackson scolds Vickie for lacking evidence and orders her to take the afternoon off. Later, she discovers Al has cheated on her, intensifying the personal stakes of the case.

Vickie goes to the city park, then returns home to find Al cheating. In a fit of rage, she takes Al's car and sets it on fire, signaling a rupture between Vickie's personal and professional lives.

Vickie meets Maria and her father Nick Gonzalez and arranges to room with them, solidifying a protective arrangement. She teaches a self-defense class at the gym. During dinner, she is wooed by Tom Martin, and when three men attempt to rob Maria and Nick, Vickie shoots two attackers and arrests the third.

The next day, Vickie follows a lead tied to Roberto as Captain Jackson and Al decide to tail her, with Tom ordered to join them. The chase heightens tensions and blurs lines between police oversight and field action.

Sal learns of Mia's involvement and is urged to attack the police station, resulting in a brutal nighttime assault that costs many officers their lives and sets off a deadly chase. Vickie tracks Mia to a hotel and then a warehouse; a crash and a final street duel ensue, ending with Vickie shooting Sal dead.
