A Montreal neurosurgeon, pressured by his affluent wife to leave his practice for a lucrative job in London, is assigned to perform delicate brain surgery on a visiting Latin American president. Unaware that a three‑person assassin team is lying in wait, the operation becomes a deadly plot to murder the leader at the operating table.
