Richter, a bald man replacing Beard, murders Jacket’s girlfriend and shoots Jacket, putting him into a coma. This critical event marks a turning point, unleashing more surreal and introspective revelations within Jacket’s mind.

After awakening from his coma, Jacket learns that Richter has been arrested. He escapes from the hospital and storms Miami police headquarters, confronting Richter and discovering that both had been receiving messages. This marks the climax of his quest for truth.

Jacket kills many inside a nightclub where the calls were traced, then heads to the Russian Mafia headquarters to confront its leaders. After a tense confrontation, one leader commits suicide, and Jacket allows the other to do the same, concluding his violent vendettas.

Jacket walks out onto a balcony, lighting a cigarette and discarding a photo, symbolizing the end of his violent journey. The scene emphasizes his contemplation of the chaos he has inflicted and hints at the unresolved truth behind the events.

Following his lead, the Biker searches for the source of the messages, ultimately uncovering secrets about 50 Blessings and their subversive operations, if the player finds all puzzle pieces to crack their password. This marks his attempt to expose hidden political manipulation.

In the final part of his story, the Biker faces the choice to kill or spare the janitors running 50 Blessings. Depending on the player’s actions, he either uncovers the group's secrets or leaves without full knowledge, ending his investigation.

Having completed his investigation and made his decision, the Biker departs from Miami, ending his tumultuous journey. His story concludes with a sense of unresolved political tension and personal reflection.
