Hitpig!

Hitpig, an anthropomorphic pig with a rather unique upbringing, has been raised by the bounty hunter Big Bertha, whose primary mission was to retrieve lost pets and reunite them with their owners. However, when fate strikes and Bertha is tragically eaten by a crocodile, Hitpig’s life takes a traumatic turn. Despite his grief, he resolves to continue Bertha’s legacy, taking on high-profile cases of runaway animals in exchange for monetary rewards.

One fateful evening, an elephant named Pickles escapes from the clutches of the Leapin’ Lord of the Leotard, a wealthy yet unsuccessful Las Vegas entertainer. With assistance from animal rights activist Letícia dos Anjos, Pickles makes her daring escape, prompting the Leapin’ Lord to reach out to Hitpig, desperate to recapture Pickles before a major show is set to start in just a few days. Motivated by the tantalizing offer of a million-dollar bounty, Hitpig eagerly accepts the proposal.

Meanwhile, Letícia takes Pickles all the way to London, intending to help her find her family in India. However, Hitpig is hot on their trail. Upon locating Pickles, he gains her trust as she perceives him to be an ally of Letícia. This camaraderie is short-lived, though, as Hitpig’s catchvan ends up getting towed, leading to an unexpected flight back to Las Vegas. In a comical twist, during their flight, Hitpig finds himself in a dart battle with Letícia, who is also seeking to protect Pickles. Amidst the chaos, Pickles inadvertently opens the back door of the plane, sending both her and Hitpig hurtling out and landing at a roadside motel.

Determined to return to Las Vegas, the duo constructs a makeshift vehicle, yet they are quickly sidetracked by a captivating hot air balloon festival. In pursuit of Pickles, Hitpig decides they should use a hot air balloon as their mode of transportation. Their adventure takes a wild turn when they crash land in San Francisco, which leads them to a cooking game show set where Pickles ingeniously helps Hitpig win the contest using her trunk as an improvised hand after he injures himself.

As Hitpig develops deeper feelings for Pickles, he experiences a poignant dream featuring Bertha, who encourages him that the true reward lies in helping others. This revelation compels Hitpig to act heroically when Pickles finds herself in danger, and he saves her from drowning by using his own breath to illuminate her trunk.

However, their joy is short-lived as the Leapin’ Lord discovers their whereabouts, revealing to Pickles the true nature of Hitpig’s mission. He forces Hitpig to take the bounty, threatening him with his pet crocodile named Fluffy, the very creature responsible for Bertha’s demise. Overwhelmed by the threat, Hitpig faints but awakens with a renewed sense of purpose. He vows to rescue Pickles, and with Letícia assisting him, alongside other animals he had previously captured and a superhero rooster named Super Rooster, they make their way toward the Leapin’ Lord’s extravagant palace.

As they arrive, they realize the bizarre nature of the Leapin’ Lord’s show, which involves launching his palace into space, providing Pickles the chance to leap into his waiting arms. With creative ingenuity and teamwork, Hitpig, aided by Super Rooster and the curious antics of a polecat’s nuclear-powered farts, manage to reach the palace in time. As Hitpig battles against Fluffy, chaos ensues, and the catchvan disconnects from the palace, flinging them into the void of space.

In a dramatic twist of fate, Pickles manages to save Hitpig by breathing into his snout as he is hurtling through the air. Just when it seems like they are doomed, Super Rooster miraculously reattaches the catchvan, allowing Hitpig to steer the palace back to Earth. In a heartfelt conclusion, Hitpig fulfills his promise by bringing Pickles to India.

Fast forward a year later, Hitpig has embarked on a new venture—launching a food truck in Italy. However, his past does not remain far behind, as Pickles, still searching for her family, finds his restaurant and declares that Hitpig and his friends are her true family. This heartwarming reunion inspires Hitpig to invite Pickles to join him in his mission to rescue animals, and off they fly in the catchvan, ready for more adventures. Meanwhile, the Leapin’ Lord and his crocodile accomplice, Fluffy, have drifted far into space, where they face their own reckoning as they approach the Sun.
